4 egg whites
1 C sugar
1 t vanilla
1 C chocolate chips
Beat egg whites until stiff and dry. Gradually add sugar and vanilla. Beat until consistency of marshmallow cream. Add chocolate chips. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Use a teaspoon to drop cookies onto sheet. Bake 250 for 50-60 minutes. Remove from paper while still warm.
