We are pleased to once again offer our Yom Kippur Round Table Forum on Forgiveness, September 28th.
Forgiveness is not always an easy landscape to traverse. An esteemed panel of guests will expand on some of the discussion points that came up last year:
It is just as important to forgive ourselves, as it is to forgive others.
If I forgive someone for a wrong they’ve done me, doesn’t that mean I condone their behavior?
Forgiveness is truly healing on both personal and worldwide levels.
What do you do if the person you want to ask you for forgiveness has passed?
Who really suffers when we withhold forgiveness?
This discussion will take place online during the break between Yom Kippur services (approximately 1:30 pm – 4:00 pm EST on September 28th). Panel details will be revealed at Kol Nidre services.
Discussions between the panel and attendees in the last few years have resulted in some lively and deeply moving conversations. We’re also planning some surprises, so stay tuned!
We hope you will be able to join us.
Admission is free. Donations gratefully accepted.
