8 oz mushrooms, chopped
2 C onions, chopped
2 C celery, chopped
Butter
1 loaf of bread (any kind)
4 eggs, blended
Sage
Pepper
Rosemary
Thyme
Chicken broth
Allow bread to become hard and stale by leaving it out for 1-2 days. Preheat oven to 350. Tear bread into pieces and place in large bowl. Saute onion, celery, and mushrooms. Remove from heat, add spices and stir. Add to bread. Blend eggs. Add to bowl. Stir everything together and add chicken broth to re re-hydrate bread. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake for 1 hour.
